Cadence. The sound that paces
the flow and supports the work.
For airports, stations and public hubs: a calm atmosphere paired with passenger-information capsules. For industrial sites and workshops: a soundscape that supports repetitive work and team focus.
Four strengths for venues and teams that go the distance.
Adaptive atmospheres
Programming that adjusts to the hour, the flow, the footfall and the type of zone. The concourse at 7am doesn't have the same grain as at 6pm; a boarding lounge before a long-haul flight doesn't sound like a short-haul rotation. The same intelligence for your production lines: the morning cadence isn't the end-of-shift one.
Sound design of the customer journey
From bag drop to boarding, from car park to checkout: each step gets its atmosphere and its information capsules. A coherent transition, with no advertising break, that turns waiting into experience and smooths human flow at scale.
Productivity-oriented atmosphere
For industrial sites, workshops and production lines: tempo tuned to repetitive movements, masking of technical noise, support for focus over long blocks. Measurable results on execution quality, production pace and the reduction of micro-errors.
Team wellbeing
Repetitive work tires the ear before the body. Newphonia paces the day in sound phases — start of shift, midday break, end of cadence — and gives your teams an environment that sustains them over time without becoming background noise they merely endure.
A sound discipline
guided by the state to induce.
Performance drives the atmosphere by cognitive-stimulation modes: focus, creation, rest, alertness. Each mode is a distinct library, validated with our cognitive-science partners.

Information note — deployment & audio capsules
The Cadence offer is the subject of a framework contract negotiated with your management. The service conditions (SLA, maintenance windows, escalation, 24/7 multilingual support) are detailed in a technical annex. A steering committee meets quarterly.
The custom audio capsules — passenger announcements, safety messages, practical information — are generated by our system in the grain of your atmosphere, translated into the necessary languages (up to 12 standard languages), and synchronized with your existing information systems (PIDS, BMS, production scheduling).
Hardware integration (public address, dedicated acoustic zones, existing broadcast systems) is done on-site during deployment. No proprietary equipment is imposed — we adapt to your infrastructure. Full conditions in the framework contract.
What operations directors ask us.
What kinds of venues is Cadence designed for?
For high-traffic hubs — airports, stations, ports, exhibition centres, shopping malls, hospitals — and for industrial sites where teams work on repetitive tasks (sewing workshops, assembly lines, logistics platforms). Cadence is for organizations that must manage both human flow and a prolonged work environment.
How do the custom announcement capsules work?
Your teams write the announcement text themselves, in the language of their choice. Our voice AI instantly generates the capsule — natural voice, clear diction, controlled duration — and plays it in the grain of your atmosphere. Triggered manually or synchronized with your existing information systems. The result: no advertising break, a voice that extends the experience.
Does Cadence integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We interface with your PIDS (passenger information display), your BMS, your production scheduling systems, and the public address system already installed. No proprietary hardware is imposed. Standard deployment in 6 to 10 weeks depending on the complexity of the estate.
What does your trial period measure?
For high-traffic venues: flow fluidity, passenger experience score, perceived waiting time, purchase rate in retail zones. For industrial sites: production cadence, execution quality, reduction in micro-errors, absenteeism rate. Comparison on twin sites, 4 to 12 weeks, statistical control.
How many languages for the voice capsules?
All the world's major languages are available — nearly 80 in total. From French to English, Arabic to Mandarin Chinese, Japanese to Swahili, Brazilian Portuguese to Indonesian: your teams write in their language, the voice AI generates the announcement with natural, local diction. Cultural adaptation of musical choices by region included.
