The sonic signature generated under the Signature offer is a content produced by Newphonia's artificial intelligence system, with no human author or performer. As such, it does not constitute a work protected by copyright, and its public broadcast does not give rise to any royalty payment to copyright or neighbouring rights collecting societies.
The client holds an exclusive right of use over this sound content within their brand communication, for the entire subscription period. For extended uses (radio campaigns, large-scale audiovisual), a supplementary agreement is signed at delivery.
The Signature offer includes no sponsored audio capsule: the programming is exclusively musical and AI-generated. Public broadcasting rights are included. Full conditions in the terms of use.

How many zones can I manage?
No limit. The offer is designed for complex spaces: a hotel with a spa, restaurant, lobby, elevators and suites can control each zone independently, under a single sonic identity.
What is the difference with Cadence?
Signature generates your brand's sonic identity — designed for spaces that want to be recognized, where the atmosphere extends the customer experience. Cadence answers a different need: high-traffic venues (airports, stations, public hubs) and industrial sites where the challenge is managing human flow, announcement capsules and supporting repetitive work. A single company can combine both — Signature for its shops, Cadence for its terminals.
