Information note on audio-capsule usage rights
The sponsored audio capsules broadcast under the Access offer are short messages (30 seconds maximum) funded by partner advertisers. The business hosting their broadcast receives a flat or variable fee, depending on the nature of the campaign, paid monthly by Newphonia.
The advertiser retains intellectual property of the advertising creative broadcast. Newphonia handles content compliance (legal notices, duration, frequency) and adherence to the rules governing commercial communication in venues open to the public.
The business has oversight of the advertisers broadcast on its premises: any sponsor can be refused without justification. The broadcast respects your operating hours and never exceeds the stated frequency. The full conditions are detailed in the terms and conditions of use provided at signing.
