The Essentiel offer includes no sponsored audio capsule. The programming is exclusively musical, generated from the Newphonia catalogue.
The music is entirely generated by our artificial intelligence system, with no human author or performer. Its public broadcasting gives rise to no SACEM royalty and no SPRE neighbouring right.
The subscription has no minimum term and is cancellable at any time from the manager app. The full conditions appear in the terms and conditions of use.

What is the difference with Access?
Access is free and includes a 30-second sponsored audio capsule per hour. Essentiel removes the capsule entirely, adds advanced time scheduling and multi-zone support, for €9.90 per site per month.
Can I start with Access and switch later?
Yes. Many of our clients start for free, observe the effect on their clientele, then move to Essentiel when they decide to remove all audio capsules. The switch happens with no interruption.
Are three zones always enough?
For the vast majority of restaurants, independent hotels and shops. Beyond that — hotels with a spa, multiple floors, fine-dining plus a separate bar — the Signature offer removes the zone limit.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The app keeps a buffer of the last 24 hours of programming. Your atmosphere keeps playing even if the connection is temporarily lost.
